Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please mark your package clearly with "RETURN" and include your name and address inside the package so we can identify your order. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at the buyer's own expense. We recommend saving your shipping receipt and any track & trace number, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Extended Return Period (15-30 Days)
This extended return period is offered as a goodwill policy and applies in addition to your statutory rights. Your 14-day EU right of withdrawal remains unconditional and is not affected by the limitations below.
If you wish to return your item between the 15th and 30th day after delivery, please note the following limitations apply:
• Only one free return/replacement is available per order.
• If you wish to return/replace an item that has already been replaced, you will be required to pay the associated costs (9 EUR).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You are covered by a 24-month warranty from the time of delivery for products with defects (e.g., production or material defects). Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect—a complaint made within two months will always be considered timely.
If your complaint is justified, you may choose to have the item repaired or replaced. A refund is available if the defect is significant, or if repair/replacement is not possible. We will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for justified complaints.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom and made-to-order products (including special orders or personalized items), which are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law as they are produced specifically to your specifications. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return beyond the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the 14-day deadline falls on a national holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or December 31st, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of us being notified of your cancellation. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of shipment.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@thegoodstatement.com.
